Conference Registration

Pay by Check or PO

Purchase orders accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. Purchase order must accompany the registration form. There is a $30 service charge for invoice processing. 

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who cancel and do not notify NCCHC by May 17 are responsible for full payment. To request a cancellation,  send an email to info@ncchc.org. Please note that you have access to all sessions through June 20.   

Discount for Spring Conference 2024 registrants

Participants who paid for a full conference registration (regular, co-host, exhibitor, or student) for the Spring Conference on Correctional Health Care in St. Louis are eligible for a $99 discount registration fee. This discount will be applied automatically in the check out process.
