Description

The level of employee burnout is very high and often overlooked for those who work in the "helping" fields such as social work and emergency response. This talk will present the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center's annual staff training program that covers stress, burnout , relaxation techniques, and every aspect of wellness (physical, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, vocational and financial).
