Conference Registration

Pay by Check or PO

Purchase orders accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. Purchase order must accompany the registration form. There is a $30 service charge for invoice processing. 

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who cancel and do not notify NCCHC by December 8 are responsible for full payment. To request a cancellation, send an email to info@ncchc.org. Please note that you have access to all sessions through January 30. 

Discount for National Conference 2025 registrants

Participants who paid for a full conference registration (regular, co-host, exhibitor, or student) for the National Conference on Correctional Health Care in Baltimore (2025) are eligible for a $99 discount registration fee. This discount will be applied automatically in the check out process.
