428 Comprehensive HIV Care: Preplanning, Prevention, and Postrelease Support*(1)
Description
This presentation addresses elements of preplanning services, prevention planning, postrelease services, logistical support, and medical care for incarcerated people living with HIV. The speaker will discuss how many people were offered services, how many accepted services, how many were virally suppressed when released, and how many were linked to care within 30 days of release, and also will cover unique challenges, success stories, and lessons learned during project implementation.
