Ms. Brandi Johnson is the Enhanced Discharge Program Coordinator at Prisma Health Immunology Center (Ryan White) and the Enhanced Discharge Program Coordinator for the ReConnect Us Program: A Prison Initiative. This position offers her the opportunity to work closely with individuals living with HIV who are being released from South Carolina state prisons and support their reentry into the community.  She earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from Lander University and a master's degree in Human Service Counseling from Liberty University. Ms. Johnson has nine years of professional case management experience where she specializes in empowering others to maintain their health care, encouraging lifestyle changes, and making a difference in the community to reduce health disparities.
