Ms. Tina Waldron is a project director with The Moss Group, Inc., where she provides leadership and expertise in evidence-based correctional practice, leadership development, reentry, mental health, gender-responsive practice, culture and operational assessments, and strategic planning. Prior to her current position, she served as the reentry and women's services manager for the Missouri Department of Corrections and as a program consultant and a research analyst for the Kansas Department of Corrections. Ms. Waldron was an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
