Name
202 Coordinated Care in a Juvenile Justice Reentry Program
Description

Nationally, juveniles are considered to be more likely to reoffend than adults after release, and have increased chances of entering into the adult system as they begin to age out. This poster outlines how the Michigan Public Health Institute's Juvenile Justice Reentry Program focuses efforts on the reentry and after-care of youth to help increase positive outcomes and decrease recidivism rates.
