To maximize sensitivity to serving those with cognitive and communication challenges, fairly and without discrimination due to disability or national origin, the Screener of Adaptive-Cognitive Functioning in Inmates was developed as a criminal justice-oriented screener. The SAFI screens multiple cognitive functioning abilities and psychological domains. This poster reports data from a panel of experts and piloting with mental health and legal professionals.
