326 Implementing NICE Guidelines to Reduce Aggressive Behaviors
Description
This quality improvement project evaluated the impact of implementing the UK's National Institute for Health and Care Excellence's guidelines on managing violence and aggression and Brøset Violence Checklist in a psychiatric setting. Results showed a significant increase in early identification and management of potential violence, along with a 65% clinical reduction in weekly violent incidents. Attendees will learn how evidence-based screening tools can enhance safety and care outcomes.
