This session explores evidence-based strategies for integrating HIV care, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment in correctional settings and during reentry.
Participants will learn approaches to care coordination, treatment continuity, medication adherence, and community linkage, while addressing barriers such as stigma, fragmented
systems, workforce limitations, and care transitions.

• Describe the epidemiology and clinical implications of co-occurring disorders among justice-involved populations
• Identify the components of successful integrated care models
• Apply practical strategies and quality improvement methods to improve outcomes across the HIV care continuum
