Ms. Hayley Umu is a licensed clinical social worker that has been working in Juvenile Rehabilitation for 17 years in different capacities while immersed in the mental health and gang entrenched population with clients ranging from ages 12-25. Her experience includes providing direct care to residents, oversight and quality assurance of residential programming, expansion of treatment programming and staff development. In her current role, she works alongside programs in a behavioral management consultation role, while also completing assessments on intakes to assess for their mental health needs, carrying caseloads, and providing support in several capacities in a facility with over 250 residents.
