This discussion will touch on the impact that dealing with gang life and politics has within Green Hill School, a medium/maximum security facility that provides men sentenced to juvenile rehabilitation treatment with education and vocational training. Our discussion will cover topics from staff burnout, assault rates, preparing youth for the future, pros and cons of segregation versus integration, mental health, and many other topics that are affected by gangs.
