Mr. Bailey Smith works as a Mental Health Coordinator at Green Hill School, a Residential Facility for juvenile males aged 17-25. His work entails obtaining health insurance/post incarceration services for youth, data entry, recording social histories of youth for psychiatrists, acting as a Designated Suicide Prevention Specialist and offering support to residents and staff on campus. He has worked within the facility for four years and has served as a counselor in the intensive treatment/aggressive gang-entrenched unit, and as a Youth Services Advocate for the My Journey Out Beyond program. He has a B.A. in Communication from Central Washington University.
