Mrs. Allison Genberg is a LCSW with more than 20 years of experience. She has been with the Passaic County Sheriff's Office as the Behavioral Health Director since April, 2009. Allison has returned to her role as Health Services Administrator for her site, previously serving as HSA for two years during their Consent Order Monitoring. She is proud to have led both the mental health and medical teams to a resolution of all monitoring by the ACLU. She has been involved with Crisis Intervention Training implementation in Passaic County, NJ and is passionate about implementing programs to reduce Use of Force incidents as well as suicide risk reduction programming.
