Dr. Nicole Taylor is a licensed clinical psychologist and attorney with more than 20 years of experience in correctional mental health. She previously served as Mental Health Director for the Arizona Department of Corrections and has worked extensively with individuals experiencing serious mental illness in correctional settings. Dr. Taylor is a nationally recognized speaker and educator who has presented on correctional mental health, reentry, restrictive housing, and legal issues affecting incarcerated populations. She has also served as an instructor for National Institute of Corrections training programs. Dr. Taylor currently serves as Vice President of Mental Health–Local Government West for Wellpath, where she supports behavioral health programs across correctional systems.
