Ms. Allison Genberg is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of behavioral health and correctional health care experience. She serves as Behavioral Health Director and Health Services Administrator for the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office and also consults with CFG Health. Ms. Genberg previously led her facility through a successful consent order monitoring process and played a key role in resolving all monitoring requirements. She has been actively involved in Crisis Intervention Team implementation and is passionate about reducing use-of-force incidents, improving suicide prevention efforts, and enhancing behavioral health services in correctional settings.
