Dr. Joel Federbush is a forensic psychiatrist with more than 30 years of clinical and correctional mental health experience. He has worked in a variety of correctional settings and maintains a private practice specializing in forensic psychiatric evaluations, including risk assessments, guardianship evaluations, testamentary capacity assessments, and will contests. Throughout his career, Dr. Federbush has collaborated closely with behavioral health and custody professionals to improve outcomes for justice-involved individuals. He is particularly interested in crisis intervention, de-escalation training, and the assessment and treatment of serious mental illness within correctional environments.
