Mr. Manuel Lozano is a licensed professional counselor with 15 years of experience providing correctional mental health services through UTMB Correctional Managed Care and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He serves as program manager of the Therapeutic Diversion Program at the Connally Unit, where he oversees services for individuals with significant behavioral health needs. Mr. Lozano earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University and a master’s degree in educational psychology from Baylor University.
