Dr. Ashley Coulter is a correctional mental health clinician and organizational consultant based in Arizona. She practices in both private practice and correctional settings, working with individuals impacted by trauma and supporting systems-level improvement efforts. Dr. Coulter earned a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology, where her research examined workforce resilience and self-efficacy in trauma-exposed environments. Her work integrates trauma-informed care, leadership development, and organizational design to strengthen staff sustainability and quality of care. She is the founder of Emet & Co., a consulting initiative focused on advancing trauma-informed systems and interdisciplinary collaboration in complex health care settings. Dr. Coulter holds a Master of Social Work and has experience across behavioral health, community mental health, and correctional systems.
