Dr. Ashley Coulter is a behavioral health leader and organizational psychology practitioner with experience across correctional, hospital, community mental health, and executive leadership settings. She provides behavioral health services within a county jail system while consulting on trauma-informed leadership, organizational culture, and systems transformation. Dr. Coulter has led behavioral health operations, accreditation readiness efforts, and organizational restructuring initiatives across multiple health care systems. She has presented nationally on ethics, resilience, trauma-informed care, and leadership. Her work focuses on helping organizations move beyond trauma-informed interactions to create trauma-informed systems that support both staff and those they serve.
