A unified correctional system interdisciplinary team developed a statewide antibiotic stewardship program among medical and dental providers. The goal was to enhance compliance with national standard guidelines and to reduce over prescribing of antibiotics through education, monitoring, feedback, and scorecards. This talk describes how the program works and results to date.
