This discussion will take an in-depth look into the design, implementation, and evaluation of a unique HIV testing program in a large midwestern county jail over a five-year period. It will also introduce participants to other HIV screening models, comparing the costs and benefits of each. Participants should be able to identify qualities of a successful program as well as common challenges and ways to resolve them.
