All visitors to NCCHC conferences must be registered.

* Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHPs) receive a $25 discount on conference registration. Become a CCHP.

** Members of the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals receive a $25 discount on conference registration. The Academy is independent of NCCHC and the discount is offered as a courtesy.

There is a $150 guest rate for individuals such as a spouse who are not in the health care or correctional fields to visit the exhibit hall. The guest registration must be added to an existing conference attendee. Guests are not allowed to attend conference sessions.

NCCHC does not offer an "exhibit hall only" registration. Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on booth size.

Preconference seminars require separate registration fees.

Pay By Check or PO

Use this registration form to pay by mail or fax. Purchase orders are accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. There is a $30 charge for invoice processing. Please attach the registration form to your check or PO.

Add a Preconference Seminar

To add a preconference seminar to an existing registration, log in to your My.ncchc.org account. Select My Event/Exam Registrations and click on the Spring Conference and Edit. Find detailed instructions here.

Student Rates

Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Contact education@ncchc.org for more information.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made through April 21 for a full refund less a $100 processing charge. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must be notified in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.

Media Policy

To facilitate open discussion, members of the press are not eligible for event attendance.
