* Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHPs) receive a $50 discount on all NCCHC conference registration rates. Become a CCHP.
** Members of the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals receive a $50 discount on all NCCHC conference registration rates. The Academy is independent of NCCHC and the discount is offered as a courtesy.
There is a $100 guest rate for individuals who wish to add on an individual to visit the exhibit hall.
Registration Fees include:
• Exhibit hall opening reception (Sunday evening)
• Opening ceremony, keynote address and annual awards (Monday morning)
• Ninety educational sessions
• Educational poster display
• Exhibit hall lunch (Monday)
• Continental Breakfast (Tuesday)
• Luncheons (Tuesday and Wednesday)
• Product theater receptions (Monday and Tuesday evening)
• Daily exhibit hall networking/refreshment breaks
• Exhibit hall raffle (Tuesday)
• Presentation materials (download in PDF)
• Up to 30.5 hours of continuing education credits, with preconference seminars
Preconference seminars require separate registration fees.
Cancellation
Due to COVID-19, NCCHC will offer a full refund as long as you notify us by email (info@ncchc.org) before October 22. Between October
23 and October 29, NCCHC will offer a credit to any conference in 2022. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must
be notified in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.
COVID-19 Precautions
Registrants must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (within 72 hours of arrival). Find out more.
Student Rates
Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Contact education@ncchc.org for more information.
