The popular jail tour is back, courtesy of the NCCHC-accredited, 1,353 bed Louisville Metro Department of Corrections Main Jail. Limited to 40 people (conference attendees only). Transportation to the jail will be provided. Requires a $20 nonrefundable donation to the NCCHC Foundation. This tour will sell out quickly. If you want to participate, register when you sign up for the conference – a waiting list will be maintained online.

The jail's programs include competency restoration services, substance abuse recovery, medication-assisted treatment reentry assistance, GED, mental health diversion, and special support for women and veterans. The jail also provides music therapy, parenting skills, and Goodwill’s Soft Skills Academy.
