All visitors to NCCHC conferences must be registered.

* Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHPs) receive a $25 discount on conference registration. Become a CCHP.

** Members of the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals receive a $25 discount on conference registration. The Academy is independent of NCCHC and the discount is offered as a courtesy.

There is a $150 guest rate for spouses/partners who are not in the health care or correctional fields to visit the exhibit hall. The guest registration must be added to an existing conference attendee. Guests are not allowed to attend conference sessions or luncheons.

NCCHC does not offer an "exhibit hall only" registration. Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on booth size.

Advance registration is closed. Purchase orders are accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. There is a $30 charge for invoice processing. Please register on-site.

Student Rates

Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Contact education@ncchc.org for more information.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made through April 19 for a full refund less a $100 processing charge. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must be notified in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.

Media Policy
