All participants to NCCHC conferences must be registered.

*Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHPs) receive a $25 discount on conference registration. Become a CCHP.

There is a $180 guest rate for spouses/partners who are not in the health care or correctional fields to visit the exhibit hall. The guest registration must be added to an existing conference attendee. Guests are not allowed to attend conference sessions or luncheons.

NCCHC does not offer an "exhibit hall only" registration. Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on booth size.

Opt Out 

During registration, you will have the option to opt out from having your email shared with exhibitors/sponsors. If you wish to completely opt out from any contact information being provided to ACCME-ineligible companies, please use this form. 

Pay By Check or PO 

Purchase orders are accepted only from government agencies and their contractors and should be submitted with the registration form. There is a $30 charge for invoice processing.

Cancellation

NCCHC will offer a full refund less a $100 processing fee as long as you notify us by email (info@ncchc.org) by April 10. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must be notified in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.

Student Rates

Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Contact education@ncchc.org for more information.

Media Policy

To facilitate open discussion, members of the press are not eligible for event attendance.

Photography

Registration for, attendance at, or participation in NCCHC conferences and associated activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to permit NCCHC to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photo, video, audio, or any other digital reproductions.
