All visitors to NCCHC conferences must be registered.

* Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHPs) receive a $25 discount on conference registration. Become a CCHP.

** Members of the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals receive a $25 discount on conference registration. The Academy is independent of NCCHC and the discount is offered as a courtesy.

There is a $160 guest rate for spouses/partners who are not in the health care or correctional fields to visit the exhibit hall. The guest registration must be added to an existing conference attendee. Guests are not allowed to attend conference sessions or luncheons.

NCCHC does not offer an "exhibit hall only" registration. Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on booth size.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors receive three free conference registrations. Your exhibit contact will receive instructions and coupon codes. Please contact sales@ncchc.org if you have any questions or want to reserve a booth.

Pay By Check or PO

Bring this registration form to registration to pay with a check or PO. Purchase orders are accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. There is a $30 charge for invoice processing.

Cancellation

Full refunds less a $100 processing fee will be available through March 28 for all requests received by NCCHC in writing/email. No refunds will be made after that date.

Student Rates

Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Please send your transcript and inquiry to education@ncchc.org for information.

Funding Approval Tips

While the issues you face continue to grow in number and complexity, there’s no doubt that getting to a conference poses budget difficulties for many professionals in our field. Here are some ideas to get your approval on track so you can participate in this unique event.

Suitcasing

Only exhibitors or those authorized by NCCHC may solicit and display products or services. Any attendee soliciting business in the exhibit hall aisles or NCCHC event spaces will be asked to leave immediately.

FRAUD ALERT - NCCHC will not email or call you regarding hotel rooms or attendee lists. Book only through our link or call the hotel directly. Do not purchase an attendee list from anyone.
