* Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHPs) receive a $25 discount on this event. Become a CCHP.
** Members of the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals receive a $25 discount on this event. The Academy is independent of NCCHC and the discount is offered as a courtesy.
There is a $150 guest rate for individuals such as a spouse who are not in the health care or correctional fields to visit the exhibit hall. The guest registration must be added to an existing conference attendee. Guests are not allowed to attend conference sessions.
NCCHC does not offer an "exhibit hall only" registration. Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on booth size.

Cancellation
NCCHC will offer a full refund less a $100 processing fee as long as you notify us by email (info@ncchc.org) by September 22. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must be notified in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.
Student Rates
Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Contact education@ncchc.org for more information.
Media Policy
To facilitate open discussion, members of the press are not eligible for event attendance.

Funding Approval Tips
While the issues you face continue to grow in number and complexity, there’s no doubt that getting to a conference poses budget difficulties for many professionals in our field. Here are some ideas to get your approval on track so you can participate in this unique event.
Photography
Registration for, attendance at, or participation in NCCHC conferences and associated activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to permit NCCHC to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photo, video, audio, or any other digital reproductions.
