There is a $150 guest rate for individuals such as a spouse who are not in the health care or correctional fields to visit the exhibit hall. The guest registration must be added to an existing conference attendee. Guests are not allowed to attend conference sessions.

NCCHC does not offer an "exhibit hall only" registration. Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations based on booth size.

Pay By Check or PO

Use this registration form to pay by check or PO. Purchase orders are accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. There is a $30 charge for invoice processing. Please attach the registration form to your check or PO.

Free Welcome Orientation Webinar

Cancellation

NCCHC will offer a full refund less a $100 processing fee as long as you notify us by email (info@ncchc.org) by October 11. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must be notified in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.

Student Rates

Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Contact education@ncchc.org for more information.

Registration for, attendance at, or participation in NCCHC conferences and associated activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to permit NCCHC to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photo, video, audio, or any other digital reproductions.
