All visitors to NCCHC conferences must be registered.

Registration Fees include:

• All educational sessions on Sunday and Monday
• Access to all posters
• Presentation materials (download in PDF)
• Up to 22 hours of continuing education credits, with the preconference seminars. The optional preconference seminars have a separate registration fee.
• Sunday and Monday lunch and refreshment breaks

The CCHP Exam is not included in this fee. Separate registration required.

Pay By Check or PO

Purchase orders are accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. There is a $30 charge for invoice processing. Please attach the registration form to your check or PO.

Guest Registration

There is a $265 guest rate for spouses/partners who are not in the health care or correctional fields to visit the exhibit area. The guest registration must be added to an existing conference attendee registration. Guests are not allowed to attend conference sessions or work in the exhibit hall.

Welcome Orientation Webinar

Conference participants are invited to attend a free first-timer orientation on Wednesday, July 16, at 11:30 am Pacific/2:30 pm Eastern. Add to calendar.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made through July 11 for a full refund less a $100 processing charge. Delegate substitutions are allowed at any time, but NCCHC must be notified in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.

Photography

Registration for, attendance at, or participation in NCCHC conferences and associated activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to permit NCCHC to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photo, video, audio, or any other digital reproductions.

Student Rates

Student rates are available for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate programs related to correctional health care. Contact education@ncchc.org for more information.

Funding Approval Tips

While the issues you face continue to grow in number and complexity, there’s no doubt that getting to a conference poses budget difficulties for many professionals in our field. Here are some ideas to get your approval on track so you can participate in this unique event.

Suitcasing

Only exhibitors or those authorized by NCCHC may solicit and display products or services. Any attendee soliciting business in the exhibit hall aisles or NCCHC event spaces will be asked to leave immediately.

Warning! Don't Get Scammed

NCCHC does not contract with any outside companies to sell hotel rooms. Ignore any emails you receive selling hotel rooms and be sure to book direct through this website. Likewise, you may be contacted by an outside company to purchase the attendee registration list. These emails are fraudulent spam as well.
